Oh my Oh my Oh my. My husband's grandfather began this International Harvester Business in Iowa, many years ago, and his father took over the Farmall business. While his two sons were serving in the WWII he wrote to ask them if they would be interested in continuing the business after they returned from overseas. No. was the answer from both. Personal reasons sometimes interfere but it was a LUCRATIVE operation and I wonder just how the area would have progressed if they had (or if just one) had retrieved their father's offer after they returned. Anyway your photo brought back many memories.
