Waterfront construction
A wide swath of the Stonington, CT waterfront is consumed by this housing and commercial site under construction. Formerly a large Monsanto plant, the site burned in a big fire last summer after the condo construction had started.
The lower photo shows a model of the completed project, including some stand-alone houses and a marina.
